Tell your friends about our rental service, rent NEW Cannondale mountain or hybrid bikes for $10 an hour or $40 a day. Call us to reserve, rentals go fast!!! 

We also have a limited number of road bikes for rent, as well as a tandem bike.  Call for rental prices and reservations for road and tandem bikes.  Helmets are included with all rentals.

    Hi there,

    I wanted to check with you about road bike rentals the weekend of July 18-19 for my wife and I. I saw your information on Bike New York. My wife and I will be staying near Rockefeller Plaza.

    She is 5’7” and I am 6’3”, and we are llooking for good quality road bikes to explore the waterway and central park. Do you have road bikes available for us, and what do I have to do to make a reservation?

    Seth: Apologies for not getting back to you. Our website is not quite working yet. We would be more than happy to reserve bikes for you and your wife. We are not far from Rock Center, and our store is very close to the west side bike path and central park. We provide helmets with the rentals. Our standard rental bikes are Cannondale mountain bikes and hybrids. My husband may have a few road bikes in that he can rent, but the price would be higher.     Dear Al’s Cycles
    I am in the UK but will attend a conference in Boston from Friday 10th-17.
    I wish to hire a bike on Friday 17th from NY and take it (by train?) back to Boston (or somewhere) and cycle back to NY for 20th.
    I would like to rent a hybrid, ideally with back frame to put a bag on, for that period.
    Do you rent bikes for the weekend? If so, could you tell me the cost, the deposit and possibly even suggest a route back to NY.

    Peter: Please call Al at 212-247-3300. We would be happy to give you a weekly rate. Can you tell us how tall you are so we know the size to reserve. Given the timing, we would need a credit card to reserve. We would waive the overnight fees if you rent for the entire week.

    Hello I am really interested in renting a road bike for Sunday July 19, 2009. I would like to reserve one and can pick it up in the morning as well, I know it’s a late but I would truly appreciate it if it is still possible. Thank you.

    Hello. My wife and I will be visiting New York in october.
    We would need 2 mountainbikes (18″ and 20″ frames) or hybrids without suspension, starting 10th of October and ending 16th of October.
    We usually bring our own bikes, but decided that rentalbikes will be the way to go this time. Bikingexperience from RSA, Turkey, Crete and several bigger cities in Europe. I run a bikeshop in Helsinki, Finland.
